stem/handlebar upgrade cube ams 130 pro

just after advice on upgrading from standard syntace package on cube ams 130 pro (2011),
have be mainly xc/ trail riding for around six months, just after pointing in the right direction really for my type of riding thanks.

    What is wrong with what you have, what sort of upgrade are you looking for? (weight, stiffness, width etc etc)
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
