Comparing Lights

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with either of the following two lights and why there is such a difference in price?

The first one has more of a flood, the latter more of a spot, and is a bit more efficient. None are the lumens they claim though, looking at 600 for the P7 lamp here, 800 for the XML.

But don't pay all that for the XML lamp:
