Maxxis rear

What's the general consensus for a maxxis rear to go with a ST single ply minion front for general trail and trail centre, I use a crossmark in the summer but am after something that rolls fast but has a little more grip than the crossmark......

    Maybe an Ardent? Personally I find the Crossmark fine for everything. It's actually less grippy in the summer when it's all dusty as I found out today :oops: Most tyres tend to be though because they just can't bite in, they just slide on the loose stuff.
