As per thread title, my wife has just bought this bike - very nice it looks to and wants some mudguards. I have been told chromoplastic ones are rugged and good but they seem to all be full ones. Wife wants some decent mudguards but doesn't want to spoil the look of the bike( she says) . Anyone any advice on what these type of mudguards would look like and how practical they are on this bike? Cheers

SKS Chromoplastics are pretty much the most functional choice; full-length 'guards obviously protect more than the smaller ones, so if the Chromoplastics are too "chunky" looking, then maybe some of the Crud Catcher Road Racers? As with all full mudguards, you might have to devote a fair amount of fettling time to get them to fit perfectly!

Other options might be a pair of Race Blades which are smaller, or perhaps these which can look bloody great (pricey though!).
Sometimes parts break. Sometimes you crash. Sometimes it’s your fault.
