Best Tyre/Fork pump for around £30?

Hi,
I'm after a pump for my Reba RL 29 forks but not sure what to get. I quite like the idea of a dual pump for example http://www.evanscycles.com/products/spe ... p-ec020865
I am going to get a track pump as well for home or to keep in the car but for occasional journeys to work (3 times a week) I want to have a pump that will do both if they're any good?
Or should I just have one of each and if so what's best value for around £30?
