Hi again Bike Radar Forumites

Sorry I've been absent for the past 14 months or so, but I was busy drinking myself into oblivion (not cool I know)
I'm now back into my cycling again with a vengance & have a few events lined up, Road & don't hate me...MTB
I hope everyone & all is well & you have been clocking up the miles in my absence

Great to see you back. Still seeing the lady with an interest in cycling?

Let me know if you fancy hooking up for a couple of loops near New Milton as I am down that way in the summer.

    Hello Flash,

I hope you're in a better place than when you left us. Though your blog suggests not. I do wonder if there is a great deal to be gained from linking to your very, very candid blog on your signature. In the year or so gap until your most recent post I often checked back at the blog and seeing no post feared the worst. In the nicest possible way, you need help. I hope you get it.

Thanks for your honesty. I have had problems with depression for a while triggered by life events but also a genetic familial basis. I am fortunate that I have a wife who loves me through it all and a faith that keeps me going.

I wish you all the best.
