Pretty self explanatory here, I'm looking at finally getting a proper full suss after riding my Carrera Vulcan to bits.
Looking around I've seen that the Canyon Nerve XC 7.0 is unbelievable value.

However, I was wondering what people's experiences were with buying direct, as I am slightly wary that I cannot test it, or what to do if there is something wrong with the bike when I receive it.
Any suggestions for other bikes to get would also be greatly received.
Cheers

I have just bought a ROSE, no problems at all, build quality is V good and equipment levels are way beyong what you expect for the price. Best of all the assembly could not be faulted everthing was correctly torqued, aligned and set.
All I had to do was straighten the bars and fit pedals, since then I have not put a spanner on it.0 -
I bought this bike 3 months ago and couldn't be happier. Took about a week from order to delivery and is a great bike. Good customer service as well, the hanger was bent when it arrived & I emailed them and a replacement was sent same day.0
