First service

Just wondering when I should get the bikes first service done , is it a set number of miles like a car or something else altogether???

    Normally around 6 weeks, but talk to the shop where you bought it from.

    Depends how often you ride it, how and where you ride it etc. I never give my bike a 'service' I just check/lube/clean stuff off as appropriate with the usage (so it gets a good chain,mechs/gears clean and lube every ride right now!)
    Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.
