Can you recommend some rides for us to do. We've done fod red and blue a few times and now it's time to experience more.

we're on hardtails (balls of steel ) and the more difficult things become the more enjoyable we find it.

Basically we need some new rides to keep the interest/enjoyment/fitness.

Anything from neath area over the severn a bit and up or down the m5 a tad. Basically something a maximum 90 minute drive from cardiff.

Secondly where is the machen mast, is it an off road trail?
