They are doing resurfacing this week and due to be done by the weekend – depending on weather of course. :roll:
Apparently the delay – this was meant to have been done in April – has messed up Italian and German pre-Olympics plans to test ride the course so far.
I have lesser ambitions, but am possibly riding out that way on Saturday so it would be nice if someone here in the forum who lives locally could give us a tip-off if/when the virgin tarmac is down so my wheels can give it a ravishing.

Yesterday they'd completed from the bottom to half way up the 3rd leg. I think there's chance they'll have finished to the top by saturday. There certainly won't be much missing if not, and the patched surface they're laying the new tarmac on is better anyway.
