I have a single speed vitus 26 wheel bike. Come with a 42th chainring and 18 tooth rear sprocket, i'm thinking of converting to a 8 speed internal hub but haven't really figured out what way to go yet in regards to Shimano, sram, Strumey Archer.

Has anyone on here done it recently, and if so point me in the right direction regarding parts?
