After scraping around for parts for quite some time (due to a very limited budget), I've finally managed to build my bike. There's some old kit on it, but it all works fine. I'm quite proud of the fact that this time last year I could barely change a tyre and I've now built a complete bike from frame and forks only.

Very nice mate, a great looking bike on a budget.
What's the approximate cost of the build and approximately what would it weigh?
    Good stuff.

I haven't actually weighed it yet, so I've no clue!
The newly bought items were: frame and forks (direct from local lads Planet X), the BB adapter, Headset and cables.
    Secondhand rear mech and cranks.
Everything else came from my old alu bike which I bought very cheaply from eBay last year and have upgraded little by little.

Very nice looking bike, all the more satisfying when you've built it yourself.
