Paris to Le Havre

I've signed up to cycle London to Paris with work in June. It's the "easier" route via Newhaven & Dieppe.
To make this a little more "interesting", I am going to cycle back to London. However due to ferries being full on the way back, I am going to have to cycle to Le Havre in a day.
Has anyone done this? - (probably the other way around) any thoughts on best route or even better any GPX files?!
It looks doable, but will a slog i think if it's raining!
