Ordered 2012 forks - have I been sent 2011 model?

Ordered these from a well known online retailer.
Sold as 2012 Recon Silver TK's.
I have a sneaking suspicion that I have received 2011 versions. They came with no RockShox packaging, just the generic manual and a brown box.
Can someone confirm this for me before I go into email discussion with the shop?

They are exactly the same fork anyway! They did not change it for 2012.0

interesting point raised tho. How do you tell? Some manu code number somewhere, or something?0

There isn't really a 2012 fork per se - they just kept on manufacturing the 2011, but is listed on the site as 2012 (and by manufacturers). You can't tell - many '2012' were made in 2011 anyway. The cut off is usually about the middle of the year.0

Initially I suspected due to the graphics difference - the ones on the site have grey/white graphics and these are red graphics.
A quick google of Recon Silver 2011 shows red graphics, and vice versa for a google of Recon 2012.
Thats all I was going on ha.
But if they're the same then tits ahoy, i'll just peel the graphics off anyway.
