    If I can find it I'll post the picture of a Notts Police car with a 'On A Mission' sticker slapped across the rear bumper.

    Well the van is not road legal and may be parked illegally so any speeding fine issued from it is not valid.

    Looks like a refrigerated van with the roof assembly which would suggest it's not a real copper van. And it's being stolen whilst some clot is standing right in front of it taking photo's.......clearly an extremity of a bell
