Correct Rockshox Reverb Length

Hi, hope someone can help with this. I've been googling the correct Reverb length for my bike (Norco Sight 2). I can't find anything...so I'm wondering how you work it out & if anyone can offer some realworld advice on them.
My Post dia is 30.9mm length 380mm. At my normal riding position it is 200mm out from the clamp. The most I can drop it is so there is 120mm out which is neither 100mm or 125mm as per the dropper post.
What length & Drop should I get? I was thinking 380mm to match the current post but thought that the 100mm drop would be enough...any ideas?

Personal choice. But if you've got the money then obviously get the best one (with most travel).
