RLJ Upper Thames Street/Embankment

I don't wish to restart the whole RLJ debate again, but just wanted to 'vent my spleen' at a bike rider (can't bring myself to call him a cyclist) seen heading West along Upper Thames Street and the Embankment just after 8am this morning.
Riding a white/grey (silver?) Pinnacle, in black tights and a white helmet, he not only ignored every red light he came across, but also took to pavement hopping when the traffic didn't allow him passage through.
Couldn't actually believe it when he RLJ'd at the busy Upper Thames Street/Queen Street Place (Southwark Bridge) traffic lights and very nearly came a cropper as the lights changed for the traffic emerging from the bridge on the left before he had cleared the junction. One day he won't be so lucky.
