Rock Shox Tora MC O-Rings

I need to replace the o-ring that sits under the motion control top cap as it is worn, and I need to replace the o-ring that goes on the MC unit at the top as it got caught in the treads. So does any one know the exact size o-rings that are needed? Don't want to pay £22 just for two o-rings.

Also any one know the size of the circlip that holds the top cap on the motion control unit.
