After the past couple of weeks wet weather, i've been looking for an N+1 instead of my road bike. Does anyone know where I can buy one of these?

Sadly you can't.... to quote the website:

"The Basic Idea of this project was to redesign an aquaskipper for pedal power. So a pedal system with propellar was simply added to the the aquskipper. In the second version, a bicycle frame was used. And the wings and propellar-system were custom build.

This is just a prototype, with no intention of production. The chain-propellar system needs to be quiet sophisticated and would make it hard to produce a durable mass-product."
