Hi nice bike, just brought myself one of the LTD 2012's. How many miles did you cover roughly before needing to replace the Rob's and what terrain did you run on?

Also..what was reason to moving to Ralphs? How much price difference vs benefit?

Sorry for all the questions, but im new to this modern age biking. I used to race when I was 16 and now im 28 getting back into it again.
    Cheers

    Hi mate, great bikes!
I ride everything, trails, towpaths, roads etc.
I ran the Robs for well over 1000 miles, they were fine but a quite hard compound, so not much grip on the trails without dropping the pressure.

I'm running a nobby nic on the front and a rocked Ron on the back, these are pretty light at around 500gs each. The robs were about 800gs each, that's a good weight saving for not alot, and much more grip!

The rocket Ron is abit fragile I'm finding so I'm swapping it out for a racing Ralph, a fast rolling all round tyre, so with the grip of the nic it should be a good combo.

Excellent! Thanks for this. I will keep this in mind next time on the look out for some tyres.

If I stick to my plan, my 26 mile round trip commute to work, I'll need some new ones in the next 6 months. My commute is road, trail and sludgy toe path.

I'm loving the cube so much i just brought the jersey and bib shorts!
    Cheers

My bottom bracket had given up the ghost at around 2500miles, I have replaced it with a hope one in red obviously, pretty easy swap, suprisingly.

1x10 setup next as I don't use anything other than the 32 tooth ring, I'm going to go for a renthal 34t with an ethirteen top chain guide.
