Best Place to Change a rear Wheel

Back wheel of my Bianchi has developed a wobble & a flatspot, it's almost egg shaped. I straightened out the side to side wobble but neither I or a lbs could fix the up and down movement.
Got a new wheel earlier. Assumed it would be easy to swap the cassettes over and chuck it on the bike. Turns out its a bit of a fiddle and needs clever tools. The lbs said they wouldn't be able to help til Tuesday due to staff being off.
Are Evans/cycle surgery capable of doing this, ideally I need my bike back in working order on Monday!
Alternatively if anyone has a way of doing the job without the tools that would be amazing.

It may be sacrilege to some on here - but - Halfords will have all the tools you need and are open Sundays .... If you find a friendly branch that arent busy they may do it for you as its a 5 minute job.0

Yeah it's a job even a monkey would struggle to balls up!
where are you based? If you're close you can bring it around and I'll do it for you.
Halfrauds should be safe enough tho.0 -

This was one of the first jobs I learned to do...easier than changing an inner tube IMHO...makes for good cleaning as well

oh, if you buy a cassette removal tool, best get one with a centre spigot to give more stability during removal... or you could use a cheaper one without and learn a very painful lesson.....0
