Suspension setup (sag)

Hi everyone, I understand the need to setup the sag on yer suspension, but was wondering, how is this possible on an adjustable travel fork like the rockshox U-turn forks (mine are pikes).

You read the manual as it tells you how there.
You set it at full travel."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

How exactly can you set sag if you have no pre-load adjuster?0

Altering the spring weight ie new spring if you cannot get the sag range you want.0

Cheers y`all, my pikes are coil, makes sense to change the spring, I`m happy enough with the performance,
had just wondered, as I am used to having preload on motorbikes.
