Wheely good or not?

Has anyone been brave enough to try those cheap non branded, deep rim, carbon wheels you see on e-bay. They look like any others, just not costing 10 times the price! but....can they really be any good or more to the point safe!

    Chances are they are as good as the others... I suppose Planet X ones are the same ones... I am quite keen to give it a go and build a set with them... just need someone who wants to ride them... I can't be seen riding carbon...
    Just don't get the clinchers with aluminium rim... they probably weigh a ton
