if you could get away with it....

On Sundays, I like to drink coffee and read the Sunday Times.....I tend to read the whole thing end to end throughout the day including the magazines.
I have noticed a column in the back of the 'Style' magazine - where some person off the street explains their 'look' and clothing.
I often have to giggle at some of these as most of them appear to be completely pretentious, self absorbed tw*ts. However, it got me thinking; These people, in some cases dressed like clowns, are actually brave enough to dress in that fashion in public.
So, if you could get away with it - what do you secretly want to wear in public, but are too scared to wear?
**lets leave the 'red jeans' gags.....
For the record, I would wear a bowler hat.

White Castelli Cervelo Team shorts, because they nicely matched some of my jerseys and I don't have a lot of nice bibshorts. However they were a little too much on the leaving-nothing-to-the-imagination side to be really wearable anywhere outside of Italy/the turbo/under tights, and certainly not suitable for walking through the office in at the end of a commute, so got shot of them through the FS section here."Mummy Mummy, when will I grow up?"

They were out in force in Saltaire last weekend - all good fun!
Actually, there's a thought - a steampunk bike could be good though it would be slow and probably would do you serious damage if you came off!
So - yes, maybe steam punk. Or a frockFaster than a tent.......0 -

Some shady self-photo taking was necessary.

I too had a Global Hypercolour T-shirt, when i was at university.
I remember my then girlfriend borrowing it for a summer picnic with friends. I simply couldn't resist leaving two perfectly formed hand prints across the front of it, much to her annoyance and my mates amusement.Black Specialised Sirrus Sport, red Nightvision jacket, orange Hump backpack FCN - 7

My girlfriend at Uni stole a white Carlsberg T-Shirt from me once. It had 'probably' in the green carlsberg script and then a moth-hole through which her left nipple would sometimes peekFCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits

I'm just comfortable in my jeans and tshirt and dont have a desire to dress up, however, if I had to leave my comfort zone and dress ridiculous it would be all-out black metal with corpse paint. Medieval weapons a must, too.0
