'doing a season'

I am considering spending the whole summer in the Alps, and was looking for some advice from anyone else who might have done it in the past, even if it was somewhere else.

I was thinking of Morzine as I assume this is most likely place to find other people who are doing the same thing (I may be wrong) as I would be going on my own. Has anyone else done this or know anyone that has, and where did you go? Is there anywhere I can get in contact with other people who are interested in accommodation sharing etc? Google seems to be failing me on this one.

Any information regarding jobs / nightlife is also welcome!

Thanks

I do seasons but as I've been self-employed for the last few years I'm probably a bit out of touch. :D
As a starting point I would email some of the independent chalets in Morzine to see if anyone has any work going, I would think they are looking for drivers, handymen, mtb guides as a start. You won't get paid much but you might get accommodation thrown in..
If they don't have any jobs going they might be able to point you in the right direction. Good Luck!
