Fitting M666 levers to M665 calliper.

I have SLX M665 calipers that I wish to connect to my new SLX M666 levers.
The caliper instructions say that it requires BH59 hose, but the levers need BH90 hose. Are they the same dimensions and just different qualities?
Also the commpression fitting seems to be too long for the new levers, is it possible to get a new one that will work with it?
