Hi
I am looking for some help please. I have a bryton 50t unit but the disc does not load properly. Firstly, do I need the disc at all as should it not be possible to do everything I need to do, such as route planning and importing to the device, from the Internet? Or do I need to use the disc and the Internet in combination to perform such a task? I am utterly confused and a bit frustrated!!
I have planned a route from the website but can't seem to import that to the device. All a bit silly of me, I guess!
Many thanks in advance

My computer running XP was installing the wrong USB device for my Bryton Rider 50, I did this to fix it:
Got it going uninstalled the faulty device driver it installed ( Says the device cannot start (Code 10), deleted faulty device driver (yellow triangle) using Device Manager). Replugged the Rider 50 in, when the hardware wizard came up saying found new hardware I did the following:
Can windows connect? Select Yes this time only
Choose Install from list or specific location (Advanced)
Select Don't search. I will choose the driver to install.
Untick box next to "Show compatible hardware"
Correct USB device driver then installs and can connect to Bryton Bridge!0
