Campag Cassette on Mavic ED10 Freehub

So I got my new Ksyrium Elites today (thanks Merlin) and the instruction booklet is worse than useless.

Can anyone confirm please;
- Although the diagram does not show one on an ED10 freehub, mine has a spacer. I am assuming that this needs to be left fitted?
- Do I have to use the Mavic lockring or do I use a Campag lockring?

Feel like a bit of a clot that the answers are not obvious but the booklet has confused things.

    Found the answer to the first question; the spacer is for use on an 11 speed cassette only

    No spacer at all (even the mavic one) on 10s campag, and you can use either the mavic or campag lockring, but the campag one is nicer!
