BH Prisma 7.9 vs Canyon Ultimate CF 9.0

Hello everyone,
I've been riding a lot lately so I'd like to buy a new, better bike than my current cheap one. I want to spend around 2000€ and would like it to be carbon and come with Shimano Ultegra or SRAM Force (I don't like Campagnolo so much unfortunately so had to cross that).
I'd like a nice and light bike (don't we all?) and I don't want to replace it/upgrade for quite a few years. I also don't care about wheels, tyres, pedals or saddle as I have good ones already, and will be swapping them, so keep that in mind. After quite a bit of research (both online and in LBS), these were the two best ones I found:
http://www.bhbikes.com/en/catalogo/prisma-7-9-force - 2000€ (LBS)
http://www.canyon.com/_en/roadbikes/bike.html?b=2508 - 2100€ (online)
They both seem pretty similar to me (wheels/tyres/saddle aside, which I won't use anyways). One is Ultegra, other is Force, but I like both the same. As for looks, I prefer the BH, but I do like the Canyon too.
Which one would you choose? Also, feel free to give me any suggestions if you think these are bad choices.

Just a thought, think how much you'll be able to get for the bits you'd take off the new bike. Assuming that is you can sell the extra stuff.
I ride the Canyon atm. I like it, but it was the spec for the price that swung it for me.Finished0 -
I've just bought a canyon ultimate cf 9.0 (waiting for it to be delivered). Heard brilliant things about the bike, and its a snatch for the price I would go for the canyon myself.
Or.. Just buy a frameset + groupo etc. If you are going to replace the wheels etc you would save yourself money?0 -
Focus Izalco Pro 3.0? from the sounds of ur post about not caring too much for wheels ect the izalco sounds good choice given the frame+ fork quality.London2Brighton Challange 100k!
