winter gloves required

I know the summer is coming (allegedly) but for my birthday in November I'm going to ask for some winter gloves. I have tried several different brands but none have been what I need so far. Let me explain that I suffer really really really badly with cold hands - to the point where I have had to stop and almost phoned home for a lift back because it's gotten too painful. On fell runs in the winter they go pasty white like you see on corpses. Honestly, if they did a pair of nuclear powered heated gloves I'd get them. Does anybody have any recommendations and I'm not bothered by the cost.
