there is this fella, but he is in Australia. But he is very good, he did a lovely saddle for one of Ricky Feathers bikes at the Bespoked show in Bristol last month. No idea of the cost but I can't imagine it'd be cheap. But he is very good.
thinking sideways - depending on where you live, what about trying someone like a bookbinder (university towns?) or horse saddle maker (the countryside, there's probably a technical term for a saddle maker but damned if I know what it is)
I think Charge are setting up a customisable option on their website but you'd just be picking a combination of colours, bases, rails etc rather than truly getting a unique saddle that no-one else could think of.0
