2012 Cannondale Synapse Carbon Apex VS. Condor Baracchi

Hi there,
I am considering to get a new bike.
my main issue is the frame size. i am looking at these 2 bikes.
1) 2012 Cannondale Synapse Carbon Apex £1899 with Mavis wheels, frame size 48cm?
2)Condor Baracchi frame size 46cm £1500 + shimano 105 groupset + shimano WH RS80 wheels and + enne seatpost, stem and handdlebar = £3400. weight about 7.5kg without the cardon stem and handlebar is £2900.
would appreciate if some of you can give me feedback on these bikes.

Difficult comparison really as there is over £1K between the 2 bikes - you pay a premium for the Condor brand. Personally I would be looking at other bikes for £3K+ (used to own a Baracchi - bought secondhand for £700)0

i am small person. 5 foot and 50kgs.
i am looking for a brand that sell extra small size bike. Most brand do sell but always run out of stock or discontinued. I am looking for bike size frame 44cm if available but not specialised as i already owns 2,0 -
if the cannondale fits buy one you wont be dissapointed.0
