Hi All,

I guy at work has a Specialized S-works 2000 roubaix and wants new BB/Crank/chain/cassette and asked a shop to do it, no probs I said, ill do it and you can save some money.

Only thing is the BB is not like I have dealt with before. Any advise on what I need to replace it? Was going to put a Ultegra 6700 in, but not sure it will fit?

Also, he wants some Titan carbon HM handle bars fitted, but im unsure on putting tape on them, do they get tapped over the finger grips on top, or just on the drops, again, adivse most welcome.

Found a BB, I think, square taper one, dont wnat to go through facing the frame for external BB cup's

But finding a triple crank appears to be the challenge now to fit taper ?!!?

I've found a Stronglight triple crank from SpaCycles with ISO taper to fit the Campagnolo BB. Should all be ok now I hope!

Tape the bars just to the start of the flats.

No worries: anytime - and have a look at the Park Tools website for the their video on handlebar tape wrapping - they show a nifty way of doing the ends so that they look well pro.
