box hill tickets when, where, how?

I think I read somewhere that the tickets / wristbands would be availiable during April. I have done a number of 'google' searches but no joy. Anyone know the 'arrangements' - how to get them?

    I know people were originally buying tickets from other EU countries but is it allowed? I mean can they stop us entering the venue if you do that?

    As for the official routes (LOCOG) I read an article somewhere that they were going to release the remaining tickets (now they've actually counted how many seats they have) and any for resale including Box Hill in April but haven't been able to decide when to do it and now April is nearly over it might have to be May but then there's council elections (why that has an affect I've no idea) and they still can't decide so basically it's another ticketing f**k up and none of us still have a clue how fair this whole process really was.
