Rather than nonspecifically dragging someones name through the mud, could you please provide more detail? It is unhelpful to say you've had a problem and not describe it.

Bought from them several times, never a problem. One time I had only opted for cheap ie slow delivery by mistake, I rung them to ask if I could pay the extra to get it sooner, they just did it for no extra cost. Pretty decent of them.0
