    Give us a shout if you do go up and I'll glady join you too, I'll be around the area from the start of July. I've ridden a few of the routes there (and crashed on a few of them :lol: ) but it's generally up there by myself and it'd be nice to ride with other people for a change

    No worries, will do. Always prefer riding with others, especially when doing silly stuff like this :) So much better as you can watch each other and give tips etc. Oh, and of course a bit of egging on doesn't go a miss :)

    I should be ok for an outing soon as well, got my pressure suit and coil shock is almost here.

    How big are the drops?, new ones at Gizzy are 5ft-6ft and im flying off them no trouble.

    Nice one. I reckon you'll enjoy it cause of the variety, but to be honest, don't think there's anything there "you'll" bat an eyelid at....
    Saying that, the other side of the fireroad (dark side I think) is supposed to have some meaty stuff.
    You'll certainly have fun as the runs are great. Get sorted and lets go :)

    I'm up for going a fair bit as well, so I'll let you know when I'm going as I'd also prefer riding with a group. What time do you go on Tuesday nights?

    Which is the second jump? Is that the double drop? Just trying to remember the course!

    It's the one right after the first :wink: where you get 2 options, a higher one and a lower one, check the link in my sig if you can't remember it, it should have a video of the red run on there

    Reckon would be about 6:30 ish, give or take a little as will be coming from north manchester, probably stay for couple of hours.

    As angry says, the one after the first :)
    Set off, right hand bend, first drop, turn and a bit of a natural ramp for a jump, then into the split, straight on takes you over the big left hand drop, litlle flick to the right takes you over the small drop.
    First 3 runs I kept going straight on and thinking "fark, thats a bit tasty". Then when my mate said he had done all the drops, i questioned him over that one, to which he pointed out "no, the one on the right".
    Wish he hadn't as I didn't do the left one again after that :( Next time :)

    Think I know the one, will check the videos though (an excuse to watch more videos really!). I think it's the double drop one where there is the actual drop and another ledge just after the landing - unless you hit it fast and clear both :shock:

    I followed the coach over that and didn't think about it, just sailed off.

    Are you planning on going each Tuesday as a regular event or was it just tomorrow?

    Cant remember. The last drop before the berms is like that though. Kept nosediving it at first, so taking it back to basics and starting slow /short on that one..

    Hope to get a few tuesdays in. Don't know about tomorrow yet, will know by lunch time though.
