Hi, is anyone out there using the Sidi Ergo 3 shoes?. Are they any good or are they over priced for what you get?. Only had a nice bonus at work so looking at treating myself!!!.
Cheers.

    £300 shoes!

WTF, some people are posting for a bike at that price! :D

Not sure why other beginners have not replied yet.

Nice treat, well done on the work bonus though, go for it.

If you've got yourself a nice wee bonus and you want to buy some bling shoes then go for it!

Managed to bag a pair of half price Ergo 2's in Royles' crazy Xmas sale and they're excellent. I can't see the 3's being much of an advance on the 2's, so if you can find them in your size buy them.

Some folk say buy a Sidi size up and some say stick to your normal size - I'm with the latter.

i recently purcharsed the lasers got them for 135 so some bargains to be had think there was 60% off shop about and i bet you can get ergo 2's for about 160 they will be more than bling enough. Sidis are lovely not worth the money but most high end cycling kit isnt. just looks and fees better so if you want to treat yourself go for it

You might be better heading down to your LBS to actually try shoes on. You may end up hating them when instead you could have picked up a nice pair of S-Works for £200. Even better, get a bike fit if you haven't already and then get the shoes the guy fitting you recommends.
