Zocchi 44 RLO No Damper?

Looking for a back up 140 mm fork. Like the idea and price of the 44 RLO 2012. Not sure on no damping though. Bit of a pogo stick? Older reviews suggest not, maybe a bit dive-y and sponge plushness but what dya expect at the price. Any experience, worth a squirt, etc?

It has damping! RLO - Rebound Lock Out. Nice forks, just tested the little brother, the Marathon LR.
