canyon strive or cube fritzz

as the title states, looking at buying a bike, looking at spending around the £2000 area, i've been looking at the cube and the canyon.

Obviously the canyon has a higher spec, cranks, reverb seat post, forks, but the cube has the RP23 shock, where as the canyon has the RP2, the canyon has a slacker head angle as well by 0.5 deg. have any of you ridden these bikes.

What are your thoughts, how do they ride etc?

is it worth spending the extra 100 or so to get the canyon.

I would go for the Cube. Better fork & shock & better geometry.
