Bike box

Just a word of warning for those looking for a bike case.
I purchased a bike box from the bike box company
this one http://www.thebikeboxcompany.co.uk/deluxe.html
I took it away twice and it got broken twice, once on each trip. It seems that the area where the wheels attach has a design flaw. It has a recess in the plastic which makes it very weak. The wheels just punch through if the case is put down to hard.
I rang the company to complain and the guy just got hostile with me.
I have now purchased a bike boxalan which is much much better.

I have one of these boxes, identical construction but Monoc branded. Used it a dozen times with no problem.
I would not expect it to stand up to deliberate mishandling but it seems fine against the usual baggage handler. I have accumulated a few scuffs and scrapes on it but nothing you wouldn't expect.
Where did you take it? Perhaps you were just unlucky with the knuckle-draggers that loaded it onboard?
fwiw, I got mine from Wiggle...0
