just wondering is that the cost per tire of for both?

    Tyres are generally sold individually. I have actually never seen them sold in pairs - although I'm sure they do and have been.

    It's not the norm.

    That site looks particularly expensive, they can be had for around £22 in the UK. Not come across them before but they seem to be quite a light tyre and get reasonable reviews.
