North Loop Winlatter - competative times?

Anyone local to the area or rides there often got an idea of what a competative time around the north loop is (taking into account time of year / prevailing weather etc). The board says allow 1.5hrs... which I suspect is generous.

    Well the strava record for the north route is 31 mins :shock:

    i go there pretty regularly and don't by any means try to kill myself for a quick time but i reckon sub 45 minutes is pretty good going
