So after a few years of neglect my Revs had started leaking oil from the seals and losing air. A quick look on TF tuned and i purchased a dust seal service kit, air service kit and motion control kit. The forks were stripped all the parts replaced and put back together and everything seemed fine, the air pressure now holds and oil has stopped leaking out from everywhere the rebound and lock out work again, but i still have one small problem. The bike was cleaned and left in the shed for about 4 days when i returned to it i noticed that the Blue lock out switch on the top of the fork leg was oily (Not remote lockout). I wiped of the oil and left the bike for another week or so with no use and when i went back there was again some oil on the lock out switch (Looks like it could be coming from the blowoff valve?). It doesn't appear to be much as it isn't making it all the way down the fork leg to the floor. any ideas on how to solve this and has anyone else came across this problem?

It was a common problem on old motion-control units. You have to strip the actual unit down and fit an o-ring between the top-cap and floodgate rod. It's a long time since I did it, but there were some good pictorial guides on the net.
You can sort of see where to put it here (can't find a disassembly guide just now):
