    Jeez I am not even sure I have ridden 75,000 miles in my lifetime.

    They did have mileometeres in those days they were mechanical they had a little clockwork thing bolted to the fork leg and a lever screwed to a spoke flicked a star shaped wheel every turn. I had one on my BSA 24" bike thought I was the dogs bollocks.
