Maximum Torque Setting

Anyone out there know what the maximum torque I can use when fitting a set of to Bontrager Race Lite Aero Clip-On Aerobars to Bontrager Race X Lite Carbon Aero Bullbars. For now I have used a maximum of 5 Nm2, based on what I used for my seat post.

    I checked out the Zinn book but it doesn't cover those Bontragers in the torque appendix. From similar specs for other brands (but not saying the material the aerobars are being fixed onto) M5 bolts are around the 5-6NM torque range, M6 around 7-11NM.

    Personally, I'd err on the 5NM side and use carbon paste to stop any slipping.
