Hello ladies... and a few of the gents that drop in...

As I'm now going to be dipping my toe into the DH side of things, I thought I should probably wear protection.
Anyone got any tips on how best to work out the lady-parts-fitting-into-something-made-for-a-bloke quandary?
Also any "I have this and it's great" tips would be most appreciated.
I have a FF helmet, and raceface knee/shin and elbow/forearm stuff at the moment.

Thank you kindly!
Kisses
FoxC

get down to your local MC store and ask.

they do the same as the motor cross protection. also I found the mens ones were very variable on fit most felt like they were trying to strangle me.

I dont think SJ (used to post a lot) found any body armour that would fit. so IIRC she uses the normal arms and legs protection and i would guess a back plate.

Really good fit, hilarious Maddonna-boobs, but expensive :(

Hilarious Madonna-boobs sounds good! Price sounds bad!
Going to have to get the tape measure out tonight I reckon. Thanks miss notax!

Nicklouse - ta, got no idea where local MC shops are, will probably pop to Leisure Lakes/JE James and see if I can try on some stuff..

and miss out on the lads in leather?
often the MC and cycle body armour is the same but cheaper at the MC shop as they sell more......

I think depending on your body shape there are other options (ie blokes / junior sized armour) but for me the Stella Bionic stuff is a good fit :D

Hi there.. I found the best for me was Demon flex force jacket. Really good fit as it's designed for ladies (freeride snowboarding). It's light, comfortable, no solid bit of plastic over your boobs, breathable and most importantly for me, the back was short enough. The problem with the smaller bloke one's I tried is that the backs are too long and they ride up and kinda wedge in your helmet... not good! To be honest, it probably depends on your shape and I would try on as many as poss. Good luck.. :D

Hello, Try Forcefield. The back protectors come in womens fit & the actual shirt I'd say a small was a size 14 & XS is a 10-12. Amazing stuff, not cheap but my first shirt I've had for 2 years which I wear & wash at least twice a week for the sports I do. Comfortable, breathable, unsmelly no matter how smelly you are(!) & doesnt make you look chunky!
