upgade fork 80 mm to 100 mm. Worth it??

I have a One-one 29 Ti inbred frame currently with an 80 mm rebea fork on it. Wondering if it is worth upgrading the fork to 100mm (the max recomened for the frame)? Would I really notice the difference?

Or should I just bite the bullet and get a full suss?

Spend a lot time riding in the Alps, so full suss could be the way to go.

Any sugestions for XC full susser or new fork?
