Hi, does anyone know if Moda cannon carbon frame is any good?

How prone are carbon frames to damage compared to aluminium frames?

Also whats size would a 19.5" and 20.5" frame be e.g. small, medium etc?

Thanks.

I can't comment on that particular frame but I can vouch for the quality of Moda in general. I've got a Moda Chord hybrid for commute and fitness riding when it's too muddy on the local bridleways and I spent ages looking and trying various bikes. The Moda was as well made and put together as anything else at the price point. The only carbon on it is the forks and these seem very well made as well. I guess you won't be using the standard wheels that come with the full bike but the American Classic wheels and hubs on my Chord are superb for the money and I would definitely consider the mtb versions if I was in the market for some.

I have a Moda Carbon road bike - Finale and quite a few guys round my way have the stretto all happy with them so far, they have a lifetime warranty so you shoudl be OK. have a look on the pinkbike website at their visit to the Santa Cruz factory and the destruction tests they did on Alu v carbon.

One's aluminium and one's carbon? All joking apart, if you looking at the moda frame at Noah's Arc I reckon you'd have a bargain for £500. I'm quite tempted myself!
