Rebound setup .

How would i go about setting up rebound please guys/girls ?
Now i have got the psi's right i feel the rebound is not correct , bad uphill performance .
The bike is a canyon nerve am 7.0 with Fox rp2 boostvalve and fox 32 talas fit rl
I Cant try at my local trail center until this saturday (cannock chase ) .
The fork pressure is 52psi and the shock is at 130psi My weight is 7 stone 10 lbs and im 15 if that helps . Thanks

So you can compress the suspension and then lift the bike clear of the ground just before the suspension fully extends.

Experimentation. You want the shock to extend fast enough for the next hit, but not to fire back harshly: also not too slow as to pack down.

Try various setting as see what suits best. Everyone is different!

For the last week i have been running the HR on the back seems to work well enough Cheers !
