Anyone know of any good songs with heavy bass.
An example is this:
http://open.spotify.com/track/7nwqLfs0MqzwiElfHrlmTt (SPOTIFY NEEDED) How Can You Swallow So Much Sleep - Voyeur Mix - Bombay Bicycle Club
Proper shakes my room and sounds kool.
Any other songs like this, I don't know what genre of music this is, I suspect some will just say it's crap.

This is some pretty weighty bass?
think the genre is sea bass?
also... listening to that song.. it just sounds like normal bass but boosted. You can do it with any song via the sound equalizer on the PC, Phone, Ipod, Mp3 player etc.

If you listen to the middle section of Hit Me With Your Rythem Stick the bass gets really heavy, in fact I've only really heard it properly on a big PA system, home hi fi can't seem to cope with it.Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

For real bass check out the Upsetter pretty much anything from the Black Ark years - try Herbman Shuffle here - http://www.blackark.com/
or any 1970s dub reggae - I've ruined many a speaker cone in my time!0 -
Early PiL are good for heavy bass, thanks to Ja Wobble. For something a bit more contemporary, try CIVIL CIVIC or Death From Above 1979. If your music tastes are a bit more esoteric and you can live with the tinnitus, try Lightning Bolt.0

Not sure what you had in mind, but I have avoided the obvious and had some fun searching though Autechre, especially Draft 7.30. But here's one from much the earlier Tri Repetae: Rotar

Finding it hard to think you'd better some offerings from Leftfield? How about storm3000 (think that's the right number!)
Or maybe superstylin by Groove Armada?0 -

I'm sure there was a bloke who used to post on here (CleverPun?) who was particularly fond of the kind of heavy guitar music that could rattle the fillings clean out of your head...
Good call. Check out Kepplers Odd, Nordvager, Folkstorm, Deadwood. Also as someone else mentioned, PIL and any thing produced/mixed by PIL such as Back To The Front by Adamski.
"Let it happen, bass player"Cannondale Trail 6 - crap brakes!
Cannondale CAAD80 -
Maybe not what you are looking for musically but if you want to test the structural soundness of your house then try Limit To Your Love by James Blake.
IIRC the video shows a cup of water vibrating and I don't doubt for a second it could be done.None of the above should be taken seriously, and certainly not personally.0 -

This is the first track that came in to my head. It's great, but you need some decent speakers to do it justice...
